Where do I find my Installation Code?
Download and open any CrocoSofts tool — your unique Installation Code is displayed at the top of the activation screen. It's a string of 16 characters made up of numbers (0–9) and letters A–F.
Why is my code not found?
Your code won't appear in our database until you've completed a purchase. If you've paid but still see "not found", make sure you're entering the exact code shown in the tool — copy-paste rather than typing it manually. If the problem persists, email us athello@crocosofts.com.
I changed my PC. Will my old code still work?
Your Installation Code is tied to your hardware. If you replaced your motherboard or CPU, your code will have changed. Email us with your original order reference and we'll reissue your key for the new code at no charge.
