Where do I find my Installation Code?
Download and open any CrocoSofts tool — your unique Installation Code is displayed in the activation screen.
Why is my code not found?
Your code won't appear in our database until you've completed a purchase. If you've paid but still see "not found", make sure you're entering the exact code shown in the tool — copy-paste rather than typing it manually. If the problem persists, email us at support@crocosofts.com.
I changed my PC. Will my old code still work?
Your Installation Code is tied to your computer. If you replace your PC or move the software to a different computer, a new Installation Code will be generated. Your existing license key will not work on the new computer, and a new license must be purchased for that device.
