Will I pay more when you add new tools?
Never. That's the whole point. You pay $10 once and your license covers every tool we release — past, present, and future. When we add a new utility, visit our site, download it, and your existing key activates it automatically. No extra charge, ever.
When will more tools be added?
We ship new utilities regularly — there's no fixed schedule but we're actively building. You can see what's planned on the All Utilitiespage. Early buyers benefit the most: you lock in $10 now regardless of how many tools we end up building.
What is an Installation Code?
It's a short code derived from your PC's hardware — a hash of your CPU and motherboard serial numbers. It identifies your machine without collecting any personal information. No name, no email, no IP address. You'll see it displayed at the top of any CrocoSofts utility when you open it.
Can I activate on more than one computer?
The $10 license activates one machine. If you need a second PC covered, you'll need a second purchase. This keeps the price fair — we're not charging a subscription, so each machine needs its own one-time payment.
What if I reinstall Windows or change hardware?
A standard Windows reinstall preserves the hardware IDs we use, so your Installation Code typically stays the same. If a motherboard or CPU replacement changes your code, email us — we'll reissue your key manually at no charge, once per purchase.
How do I get my license key back if I lose it?
Go to crocosofts.com/activate, enter your Installation Code, and your key is shown immediately. We store it permanently so you can always retrieve it — no account or email required.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If a tool doesn't run correctly on your machine and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Emailhello@crocosofts.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days.
